GENERAL MANAGER / BRANCH MANAGER

THE JOB:

The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving the sales, revenue, and margin goals of the company through management of the day-to-day business operations as well as the development, implementation, and oversight of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day business operations
  • Responsible for achieving the sales, revenue, and margin goals of the Company
  • Define overall Operations objectives, standards, processes, and policies, including the development of necessary plans and actions to meet corporate objectives
  • Work with key employees to ensure that customer expectations are met while meeting internal business goals
  • Organize and manage all functional teams to meet requirements and company objectives
  • Coordinate in all new hires, training, manage employee performance review process and development and partner with Xebec HR to resolve issues
  • Assist with B2B relationships and terms; approve terms with customers and vendors
  • Develop capital and aftermarket sales targets and implement plans to achieve them
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation and programs
  • Support asset management initiatives
  • Authorize transactions as directed by duly authorized representative of Xebec
  • Annually forecast and improve the EBITDA
  • Identify opportunities for improvement related to the effectiveness of equipment, planning, staff, etc. and implements improvements effectively
  • Maintain performance capacity analysis for all manufacturing processes to proactively address ability limitations. Work with Xebec leadership to make decisions on facilities and infrastructure
  • Review and approve all capital orders and internal investments to achieve returns
  • Maintain supplier relationships and work with Xebec leadership for future development within the designated territory
  • Explore and develop Xebec’s product opportunity and collaborate cross-functionally to increase presence in the Ontario and adjoining markets
  • Other tasks and projects as needed or assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, 5+ years’ experience managing a sales and service organization, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM systems
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, implement, and execute strategic initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence others
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and delegate as necessary
