The candidate chosen for the position of branch manager at CAI will have the following responsibilities:

• Achieve sales, revenue, and margin goals.
• Define and meet overall corporate objectives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by working with key employees
• Develop and implement plans to achieve aftermarket sales targets
• Manage the hiring, training, and performance of employees
• Develop and maintain B2B relations
• Coordinate with marketing to constantly generate and pursue leads
• Identify opportunities for improvement and work on them

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in managing a sales and service organization
• Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Sound interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to delegate and manage work effectively
