1) Millwright / Field Service Technician - Guelph, Ontario Service Centre:

The Millwright / Field Service Technician is required to troubleshoot, repair, and service Compressed Air Equipment in our Guelph, Ontario service shop and client on-site locations in the Guelph/KW/Cambridge and the surrounding 519 Region. 
 

The successful applicant is required to perform the following duties:

  • Installations & Start-ups of Air Compressors, Compressed Air Equipment, and turnkey Air Compressor Systems and retrofits
  • Troubleshoot, service, and repair Compressed Air Equipment, and/or refer any outstanding issues the further partner and Technical support
  • Perform Scheduled Preventative Maintenance procedures on Air Compressors, Air Dryers, and all related downstream Compressed Air Equipment
  • Report and discuss the status of the client’s Compressed Air Equipment with appropriate client representatives on site
  • Thoroughly document and record work performed on all Compressed Air Equipment per all Company procedures
  • Provide excellent Customer Service and Customer Feedback
  • Work with other Skilled Trades on Compressed Air Equipment and Installations as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and supply Company Service Vehicle
     

Position Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Air Compressors, Air Dryers, and Compressed Air System related products
  • Ability to interpret and follow Compressed Air Equipment diagrams & schematics.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Occasional on-call/after-hours service duties
  • Understand and support company-wide and Provincial Health & Safety procedures
  • Own basic tools/equipment as per Millwright requirements
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean abstract
  • Successful candidates will ideally hold a recognized skilled trade certificate for Ontario or are working towards completing their trade certificate.
  • Candidates with demonstrated Millwright / Industrial Compressed Air Equipment experience are preferred for this position.

 

2) Sales Representative - Industrial - Guelph, Ontario Service Centre:

The Sales Representative - Industrial is responsible for selling CAI industrial products or services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. This representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales, outside sales, and communications skills using a courteous and knowledgeable approach. The Sales Representative will also develop his/her revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers leading to future sales. Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and/or General Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and ensure that the business plans for each of the product lines are implemented.
  • Direct account responsibility for key accounts.
  • Working with the Sales Manager, preparing account plans with target accounts, and reviewing and updating progress every quarter.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales.

  • Extensive knowledge/experience in the industrial products industry.
  • Proven experience in organizing sales calls and schedules and evidence of detailed reporting is required.
  • Competency in client relationship management software and Microsoft Office or equivalent.

The Inside Sales Co-Ordinator is responsible for supporting the sales department by assisting in selling CAI products and services through high-level customer service to clients and potential customers, responding to call-in inquiries, and performing the administrative functions of the sales process. As a valuable member of the Woodbridge Office, the individual will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and CAI/Xebec staff. Integrity, vision, professionalism, and passion are key components of this position as well as providing excellent telephone sales and communications skills, and the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing customers. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

This includes entering service orders, reviewing inventory demands for parts, updating service software, scheduling technicians, and handling logistics of the service job requirements. The Co-Ordinator provides high-level customer service to clients and potential customers, responding to call-in inquiries and performing the administrative functions of the service process. As a valuable member of the Woodbridge Office, the individual will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and the CAI/Xebec team. Job Requirements:
